Tube Bundle inserter for
heat exchangers.

The ingenious working principle of the BundleIN unit, based on the pulling of two steel cables by two synchronised hydraulic pull pistons, makes it possible to work with tube bundles of unlimited length.

Once the point of attachment of the cables to the shell has been determined, the BundleIN unit is able to insert the tube bundle at a speed of 3m/min.

The considerable coaxial force for of 600KN produced moves the tubes bundle into the shell without jolts or dangerous blockages.
