Used in the manufacture of new tube bundles, it resolves the problem of removing the excess protruding tube (up to 70 mm) in one movement. This tool is used before the traditional portable tube end cutters, thus considerably reducing working times.

The choice of the F/796 is made according to the external diameter and thickness of the tube to be cut. Three bushes, supplied separately, can be used to adapt the tool to different thicknesses.

The F/796 is inserted in the tube as far as the tube sheet. A rotating cutter is gradually pushed on the internal wall of the tube until it is cut.
The tool is powered by a portable electric or pneumatic motor.
