The Flex Matex system is primarily aimed at heavy-duty users and is recommended for the serial production of small heat exchangers where lightness and manoeuvrability of tools significantly reduces production times. Compared to traditional rolling systems with fixed speed motors, the Flex Matex is characterised by high productivity, the quality of the rolled product and the consistent reduction in wear of the tools.

The electronic controller of the Matextsx-blu rolling system is the brain of the system. Easy to use and equipped with an 8” LCD touch screen and intuitive dedicated software and is protected by a strong metal casing with IP55 level protection. The Matextsx-blu allows automatic tolerance compensation, both for the diameter of the tube-sheet holes and the thickness of the tubes, resulting in a safe uniform seal for all of the tubes at the operating pressure of the heat exchanger as well as estimating rolling times. Designed to complement the Series R rolling motors. Ability to display in real time the following work parameters:
