The Port Matex system is primarily aimed at heavy-duty users and is recommended for the serial production of small heat exchangers where the lightness and manoeuvrability of its tools significantly reduces production times. Compared to traditional rolling systems with fixed-speed motors, the Port Matex stands out for its high productivity, the quality of the rolled product and the consistent reduction in wear of the tools.

The Matex tsx-blu electronic controller is the brains of the system. Simple to use, it is supplied with an 8" LCD touch screen, its dedicated software allows its usage to be learned immediately and it is protected by a robust metal casing with IP 55 protection. The Matex tsx-blu provides automatic tolerance compensation for both the tubesheet holes and the thickness of the tubes. This results in a secure and uniform seal for all the tubes at the heat exchanger’s operating pressure, as well as estimating rolling times. Designed to work with Series R rolling systems.
